Global G.L.O.W. was founded in 2012 by Dr. Kylie Schuyler with one goal in mind: To create a world where girls lead. Since then, we’ve implemented our life-changing mentorship and advocacy programs for over 91,000 girls in underserved communities across the globe. Over the past decade, we’ve witnessed those girls become powerful advocates and confident leaders: The kind of leaders we need to create a better world. 

In order to maximize the impact of our programs and ensure we can transform the lives of even more girls worldwide, we created a new 501c3 public charity — Global Girls Glow — in 2023. Global Girls Glow continues operating the same programs, using the same Theory of Change, and creating the same global impact we’ve been committed to since our founding. 

Global G.L.O.W. and Global Girls Glow share resources, intellectual property, team members, and every part of our programming best practices. Because the leadership and staff structure will be shared amongst the two entities, Global G.L.O.W. has also committed to funding all administrative, fundraising, and communication expenses for the joint venture, meaning that every single dollar raised by Global Girls Glow will go directly towards transforming girls’ lives through the power of mentorship.
